CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

How do I cancel my order?
No problem! If you changed your mind and feel to cancel your order, kindly do so within 4 hours of placing the order by sending us an e-mail on Customer@Provcases.com Our dispatch service is very efficient if you provide us the correct destination.
In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)
 
I wish to change my order. Will it be possible?
 You can always update your confirmed order (before the order is processed), but unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order once the order is confirmed. However, if you wish to make any changes or edits in your order (before the order is processed), please write to us at Customer@Provcases.com Our customer care team will guide you with all the customized solutions.
 
Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?
We provide free shipping on all our orders. But if you have to resend the item, we collect the product from your door and reship you the desired product. We do not charge for that. In case you need to send the product yourself, kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method (e.g. Blue Dart). You will have to pay for that shipment and we do not reimburse the cost of return shipping. For all return shipments, please write to us at Customer@Provcases.com with your order details and the tracking ID.

How can I track my order?
To track your order, you can fill your tracking number and find the details of the order. If you have trouble finding your order, kindly email us at Orders@Provcases.com. Our team will contact you within the working hour.
 
Do you exchange or replace the products?
We do not have exchange or replacement policy. However, if the product is damaged or you have received a wrong product, we are happy to help you! We collect the product at your door and reship you new product or the correct product. For more information, kindly mail us at Customer@Provcases.com
 
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement : -

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  1. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, bills, tags and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
